Handmade Production and Customization

All products are handcrafted and made to order. Since these are handmade items, they may have small differences or imperfections compared to the images shown on the site. These characteristics are not defects but are evidence of the uniqueness of the production process. The colors of the products may appear slightly different from those shown in the photos due to varying device display settings. Please consider that production times may vary depending on the complexity of the requested item.

Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship both within Italy and abroad with the following rates:

Italy: 9 euros
Rest of the World: 30 euros

Estimated production and delivery times are as follows:

Italy: 10-12 business days
International: 18-20 business days

The waiting times may seem longer compared to the average, but this is due to the artisanal production process and the attention to detail with which each item is crafted to suit your dog’s needs.

Materials and Quality

All materials used are of high quality and certified to ensure maximum comfort and safety. Our priority is to offer durable and long-lasting products that meet the needs of your pet.

Pricing and Payment Methods

The prices indicated on our website are expressed in euro (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout, based on the shipping destination.

Price Variations: We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. However, for orders already confirmed and accepted, the price applied will be the one indicated at the time of purchase.
Payment Methods: Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other methods available at the time of ordering. Payment must be made in advance, and the order will only be processed after confirmation of successful payment.
Offers and Promotions: The offers and discounts available on the website are valid only for the indicated period and while stocks last. Any subsequent changes cannot be applied to orders placed previously.

Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns for products that are not personalized. If you change your mind about a non-personalized item, you can return it within 14 days from receipt of the order. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product received is defective or different from what was ordered due to a seller’s error, you can return it and receive a full refund, including both the item price and shipping costs.
Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for another model or size for a change of mind, the return and re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer. In this case, you can choose between two options: receive a refund of the product price only (excluding initial shipping costs) or exchange it for another item. In the case of an exchange, the cost of new shipping will be applied to the substitute product.

All refunds will be processed and credited within approximately 14 business days from the confirmation of the return, using the same payment method used for the order.

Product Availability: The products and their characteristics are subject to change without notice. If the ordered product is out of stock, we will promptly inform the customer and propose an alternative or a full refund.
Order Acceptance: The order confirmation sent via email does not constitute legal acceptance of the contract. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order, for example, in the case of incomplete information or if payment is not authorized.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract for non-personalized items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason and without penalties. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication via email to [our email address] and return the product in its original condition. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Limitation of Liability

We assume no responsibility for any damages resulting from the improper use of our products. Additionally, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by exceptional circumstances or force majeure (e.g., strikes, adverse weather conditions, postal service interruptions).

Order Confirmation

After completing the order and the related payment, the goods will be shipped to the address provided during purchase. Inside the package, you will find the receipt, which will serve as proof of purchase.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, execution, or termination of this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the consumer’s court, as defined by the Consumer Code.
